LOS ANGELES — In a sign of the times, Harry Styles’ L.A. concert tonight will now be rescheduled for a different night following a band illness.

“We would have loved to have played tonight but we are so thankful to everyone. So much love from all of you,” the “Blood on the Dance Floor” singer wrote on his Facebook page Tuesday. “I honestly can’t thank you all enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You will never know how much that you mean to me. Thank you so much.”

In a statement to Variety, the Staples Center said tonight’s concert will now be at 8 p.m. rather than at 9 p.m. as originally scheduled. However, the show will still go on as planned as the band will have makeup and hair before the show.

The band announcement comes on the heels of Styles’ relationship announcement. In July, he asked fans on Twitter if his girlfriend of less than a month, GigiHadid, was a big deal.

“I’d like to thank all of the fans, who make me want to play every single day and not stop touring. Love you guys xo @ GigiHadid #GigiLove,” Styles tweeted.
